PFRW and NFRW Dues The membership dues for PFRW are $10.00 and $10.00 for NFRW.  The initial dues payment should be sent to PFRW headquarters by March 31st in order for a local council to have delegates/alternates at the annual PFRW convention.  The PFRW convention is held in the Fall of each year.
