Joyce A. Grant has been an active member of the Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women for many years.  She has served as a PFRW Vice President, chaired several committees and has served on many committees.  Joyce is a member of the Achievements Awards Committee for NFRW and is also a member of the Anne B. Anstine Women in Excellence Program Advisory Board.

Mrs. Grant is active in her local council, The Bradford County Council of Republican Women, serving as program chair, special events chair and numerous other positions.  She was Council President 1998-2000.

President Grant is an active Republican in addition to her committment to PFRW and NFRW.  In 2004 she chaired the Women's Coalition for President Bush in Bradford County.  She was campaign coordinator in her county for Judge Maureen Lally Green and Chet Beiler.  Joyce is a local precinct committeewoman for Burlington Township.  She has campaigned at the local level for numerous local and state Republican candidates and is an active member of the Bradford County Republican Grassroots organization.

The Grant family moved several times over the years and Joyce has remained an active member of the community wherever the family lived.  She was a volunteer with the Worcester Aid to Children in Worcester, Massachusetts, the Food Pantry in Camden, New Jersey and a library volunteer in the Lenape High School system in Medford, New Jersey.  She was the supervisor at the circulation desk in the Hicksville Public Library while living on Long Island in New York.  Joyce and her husband Ed were active in the Lutheran Church in all locations.  Joyce has a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology from the University of Dayton.

Joyce and her husband Ed have five children and eight grandchildren.  They live on a small farm in Bradford County, PA.

"My theme for the next two years is PFRW - Working Hand in Hand to Achieve Our Goals.  I believe that by working together we will be successful on all levels," Joyce remarked.
