The Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women provides assistance to an undergraduate student, primarily for college tuition, wether it be a two-year or four-year institution. An applicant to the Scholarship Program must be a female in her final year of high school at the time of the application process.
Additionally, the parents, grandparents or legal guaridans of the student are required to be members in good-standing of the Pennsylvania Federation of Republican Women.
Selection Criteria:
The Anne B. Anstine Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding student who is selected by the scholarship committee on the basis of Academic Performance and Leadership Potential, High School Grades, Scholastic Achievement Test Scores and Extra-Curricular Activiteis are the deciding factors.
